A mother tiger rests in the grass with her two cubs — one dozing against her side, the other sitting up to watch the world. Every stripe and whisker is stitched by hand in fine silk thread, in the Suzhou embroidery tradition.

A tiger mother is both fierce and tender. She hunts to feed her cubs, guards them day and night, and teaches them everything they will need before they set off on their own. This piece catches the quiet moment in between — full bellies, warm sun, and nothing to fear. A symbol of protection, courage and family love, embroidered to be treasured for generations.
